General
What is SignFlow?
SignFlow is an Adobe Sign integration for monday.com developed by NexergenLabs. It lets you send, track, and manage electronic signature agreements directly from your monday.com boards.
What Adobe Sign plans are supported?
SignFlow works with all Adobe Sign plans — individual, team, business, and enterprise.
What monday.com plans are supported?
SignFlow requires monday.com Standard plan or higher. The Free and Individual plans do not support marketplace app integrations.
Is SignFlow free?
SignFlow is a paid integration at $5 per seat / month. See Plans & Pricing for details.
Features
Can I send to multiple signers?
Yes. You can add multiple recipients. Recipients sign sequentially in the order they are listed.
Can I use Adobe Sign templates?
Yes. SignFlow can pull templates (library documents) from your Adobe Sign account. When agreements are completed, form field data filled by signers can be synced back to your board columns. See the Templates guide.
Can I view signed documents?
Yes. Once an agreement is signed, you can view and download the signed PDF directly from the agreement details within the SignFlow panel.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
SignFlow communicates directly with Adobe Sign's API over HTTPS. Documents pass through our servers only temporarily in memory during transfer and are never written to disk.
What permissions does SignFlow need?
SignFlow requires read/write access to boards and user profile information. See Installation — Permissions for the full list.
Is SignFlow compliant with SOC 2 / GDPR?
Adobe Sign is compliant with SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and other standards. SignFlow acts as a pass-through integration and does not independently store or process document content.
Billing
How are Adobe Sign transactions counted?
Each agreement sent through SignFlow counts as one Adobe Sign transaction, same as if sent from the Adobe Sign web app.
Can I use SignFlow on multiple boards?
Yes. SignFlow can be added to any number of boards within your workspace. Each board has its own configuration and column mapping settings.
