Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SignFlow — Adobe Sign for monday.com (the "Service"), provided by NexergenLabs ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
SignFlow is an integration that connects monday.com with Adobe Sign, enabling users to:
- Send documents for electronic signature directly from monday.com boards
- Synchronize agreement statuses between Adobe Sign and monday.com in real time
- Map Adobe Sign form field data to monday.com columns
- Manage Adobe Sign library templates from within monday.com
- Automatically attach signed PDF documents back to monday.com items
SignFlow acts as a pass-through integration — it facilitates communication between monday.com and Adobe Sign but does not independently store your documents.
2. Eligibility & Prerequisites
2.1 Account Requirements
To use SignFlow, you must:
- Have an active monday.com account with appropriate permissions
- Have an active Adobe Sign (Adobe Acrobat Sign) subscription with API access enabled
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Have the authority to bind yourself (and, if applicable, your organization) to these Terms
2.2 Third-Party Accounts
SignFlow requires you to authorize access to your monday.com and Adobe Sign accounts via OAuth2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your third-party account credentials and for all activity that occurs through those accounts.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
3.1 Plans
SignFlow is available as a single, all-inclusive plan. Plan details are described on our Plans & Pricing page.
3.2 Billing
All billing for SignFlow subscriptions is handled exclusively through the monday.com marketplace. We do not directly collect payment information. Your subscription is subject to monday.com's billing terms and policies.
3.3 Usage Limits
Each plan has a defined monthly agreement limit. If you exceed the limits of your plan, you may need to upgrade to continue using certain features. We reserve the right to modify plan features and limits with reasonable notice.
3.4 Refunds
Refund requests for marketplace subscriptions are handled in accordance with monday.com's marketplace refund policies. Please contact support@nexergenlabs.com if you need assistance.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use SignFlow only for its intended purpose: integrating Adobe Sign electronic signature workflows with your monday.com workspace, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure, servers, or networks
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Exceed rate limits or abuse API connections in a manner that degrades the Service for other users
- Circumvent or manipulate subscription plan limits or features
- Use the Service in violation of Adobe Sign's or monday.com's terms of service
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Rights
The Service, including its code, design, documentation, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by NexergenLabs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
5.2 Your Content
You retain all rights to the documents, data, and content you process through SignFlow. We do not claim ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely as necessary to provide the Service.
5.3 Feedback
If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Service without obligation to you.
6. Data & Privacy
6.1 Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
6.2 Data Processing
SignFlow processes data as follows:
- Documents pass through our servers temporarily in memory and are not stored on disk
- OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest
- Configuration and mapping data are stored to maintain your integration settings
6.3 Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the right to process and transmit any documents or data through the Service
- Complying with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, if applicable) when using SignFlow to process personal data
- Obtaining any necessary consents from signers or data subjects before sending documents for signature through the Service
7. Third-Party Services
7.1 Dependencies
SignFlow depends on Adobe Sign and monday.com to function. We are not responsible for:
- Outages, downtime, or changes to Adobe Sign or monday.com APIs
- Changes to Adobe Sign or monday.com pricing, features, or terms
- Data handled directly by Adobe Sign or monday.com outside of our integration
7.2 Third-Party Terms
Your use of Adobe Sign and monday.com is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. You agree to comply with those terms in addition to these Terms.
8. Service Availability & Support
8.1 Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
8.2 Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes in advance.
8.3 Support
Support is available via email at support@nexergenlabs.com. Priority support is available to users on the Premium plan. Response times may vary depending on your subscription tier.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 "As Is" Basis
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR AVAILABILITY.
9.2 No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Any defects in the Service will be corrected
- Data synchronization between Adobe Sign and monday.com will always be accurate or complete
9.3 Third-Party Reliability
We are not responsible for the performance, reliability, or availability of Adobe Sign or monday.com, or for any data loss resulting from failures in those services.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXERGENLABS BE LIABLE for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
- OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (through the monday.com marketplace) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NexergenLabs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
- Any documents or content you process through the Service
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may stop using SignFlow at any time by:
- Uninstalling the app from your monday.com account
- Disconnecting your Adobe Sign account from SignFlow
- Contacting us to request account deletion
12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms
- Your monday.com or Adobe Sign account is suspended or terminated
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the Service
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- Your stored credentials, configuration data, and account information will be deleted
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 9, 10, 11, and 13) will remain in effect
13. General Provisions
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NexergenLabs is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.
13.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NexergenLabs regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
13.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13.5 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
13.6 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
13.7 Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
