Installation
Install SignFlow from the monday.com marketplace and connect it to your Adobe Sign account.
Prerequisites
Before installing SignFlow, make sure you have:
- A monday.com account (Standard plan or higher)
- An Adobe Sign account (individual or enterprise)
- Admin permissions on your monday.com workspace (for installation)
Step 1: Install from Marketplace
- Open your monday.com workspace
- Click the Apps icon in the left sidebar
- Search for "SignFlow"
- Click Install and approve the requested permissions
Alternatively, visit the SignFlow listing on the monday.com Marketplace directly.
Step 2: Authorize monday.com
After installation, you'll be prompted to authorize SignFlow to access your monday.com account. This grants SignFlow read/write access to your boards and user profile.
Step 3: Connect Adobe Sign
Once monday.com is authorized, connect your Adobe Sign account:
- Open any board and click the SignFlow app icon
- You'll be prompted to sign in to Adobe Sign
- Choose how to connect:
- As a Regular User — Send, sign, and manage your own agreements and templates
- As Administrator — Manage agreements, templates, and users across your entire Adobe Sign account
- Sign in to Adobe Sign and authorize SignFlow
- Once authorized, you'll be redirected back to monday.com
If your organization uses Adobe Sign enterprise, your Adobe admin may need to pre-approve the SignFlow integration in the Adobe Admin Console. Connecting as Administrator grants broader access to manage agreements on behalf of other users in your account.
Step 4: Verify Connection
After authorization, confirm the connection is active:
- Open SignFlow from any board
- You should see your Adobe Sign account email displayed
- The status indicator should show Connected
Permissions Required
SignFlow requests the following monday.com permissions:
| Permission | Reason |
|---|---|
| boards:read | To access item and column data for agreements |
| boards:write | To update columns with agreement status and form field data |
| me:read | To identify your user account |
Uninstalling
To remove SignFlow:
- Go to Admin → Apps in your monday.com workspace
- Find SignFlow and click Uninstall
Uninstalling SignFlow will remove all stored credentials, configuration, and agreement-to-item links. Pending agreements in Adobe Sign will continue independently.
