What is Form Mailer?
Form Mailer is a Google Forms add-on by NexergenLabs that automatically sends customized emails to form respondents and form owners when a Google Form is submitted.

Does Form Mailer work with personal Gmail accounts?
Yes. Form Mailer works with both personal Gmail accounts (@gmail.com) and Google Workspace accounts. The daily email quota differs between account types.
Features
Can I send emails to both the respondent and the form owner?
Yes. You can configure separate email templates for respondents and owners. Both can be customized independently with different subjects, bodies, and formatting.
Can I use HTML in email templates?
Yes. Form Mailer supports full HTML templates with inline CSS. You can use the visual editor or write raw HTML.
Can I send different emails based on form answers?
Yes. Use Conditional Emails to set up rules that send different templates based on specific responses.
Does Form Mailer support file attachments?
Yes. If your form collects file uploads, Form Mailer can include them as attachments in the notification email sent to the form owner.
Can I CC or BCC additional people?
Yes. Both the respondent email and owner notification support CC and BCC fields.
Limits & Quotas
How many emails can I send per day?
- Personal Gmail: 100 emails/day
- Google Workspace: 1,500 emails/day
These are Google-imposed limits for add-on email sending.
What happens when I hit the quota?
Form Mailer queues unsent emails and delivers them the following day when the quota resets.
Can I send to multiple forms?
Yes. Install Form Mailer once and configure it on as many Google Forms as you want. The email quota is shared across all forms.
Security & Privacy
Does Form Mailer store my form data?
No. Form Mailer processes form responses in real-time to generate emails. Data is not stored on any external servers. Emails are sent directly through your Google account via Gmail.
Can I revoke access?
Yes. Go to Google Account Permissions, find Form Mailer, and click Remove Access.
Who sends the emails?
Emails are sent from your Google account (or the account that installed Form Mailer on the form). Recipients see your email address as the sender.
